Developed by top chef Matthias Walter, the Crunch Roll Sets offer a multitude of new culinary possibilities. The stainless steel tubes can be coated with almost any type of dough (yeast dough, brioche dough, puff pastry, wonton wrappers, spring roll wrappers, filo pastry, strudel dough, etc.) and then prepared (baked or fried). Thanks to their practical design, they can be easily removed from the fryer or oven and left to cool. A perfectly hollow tube can then be slid off, ready to be filled in any imaginable way.
