100% Nero d`Avola. From the DOC region of Noto near Avola. Sicily`s most important red grape variety. Deep ruby red, aromas of cherry, pomegranate, and thyme. Dense but not heavy, complex but not complicated. A perfect everyday wine and a great accompaniment to aperitifs, antipasti, pasta, and also delicious with fish! Serve slightly chilled in summer and be sure to open it one hour before enjoying! At least, that`s how the Sicilians do it. Serving temperature 12-16°C.
