100% Syrah. Cult and successful wine from the musician Marcin Oz, which is now grown and developed together with his colleague Giuseppe Polizotti from Fondo Antico in the province of Trapani. At Polizotti, 50% of the wine matures in used barriques. Very accessible, varietal and ruby red wine. With aromas of pepper and black berries, with a chocolate finish. It has soft tannins and is an excellent accompaniment to food. Drinking temperature 16-18 °C
