Riserva del Fondatore is a grappa made from 50% Barbera and 50% Barolo grape pomace, aged for over 20 years in the finest French oak barrels. It is dedicated to Paolo Berta, the founder of the distillery. Aromas of ripe fruit, cocoa, vanilla, and tobacco. Spicy, full-bodied, and strictly limited. Presented in an elegant wooden box. 43% ABV.
