On the nose there are strong shades of green, tomato and some artichoke. This medium-fruity oil is surprisingly soft on the palate, but still has a pleasant bitterness and sharpness. In short: a balanced, complex olive oil. Stiftung Warentest rated it among 26 olive oils tested in February 2018 as the winner in the Sensory Quality category.
