Preparation for chocolate drink. UHT 17.5% dark chocolate. partially skimmed MILK, water, dark chocolate with at least 50% cocoa (cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: SOY LECITHIN, natural vanilla extract), cocoa powder, thickener: carrageenan. Note for use: Shake before opening. Heat the chocolate in a suitable container in the microwave or with the steam from the espresso coffee machine. The Celaya chocolate can also be heated in a saucepan, stirring from time to time over a low heat, but not bringing it to the boil. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4°C and use within 5 days.
