Truffle cream with summer and white truffles, Zigante Tartufi
Tartufata can be used as a spread or as the base for a truffle cream sauce, which pairs excellently with pasta dishes such as tagliatelle or the typical Istrian fuzi. Heat one tablespoon of tartufata with 200ml of butter, add cream, stir briefly, and pour over the cooked pasta.
