Sylt sea salt, coarse

A kind of Fleur de Sylt. Harvested from pristine North Sea water off the coast of Sylt, naturally rich in minerals and trace elements, guaranteed free of additives, and slightly moist, it`s perfect for discerning gourmets, passionate cooks, and loyal Sylt enthusiasts. Sylt sea salt is produced and distributed as sustainably as possible in List/Sylt: for example, the waste heat recovered during the salt drying process is used, the seawater is sourced and tested by local partners, and the desalinated water is used in culinary applications. To prevent any loss of quality due to dehydration, the salt container should always be tightly closed.
