
Lemon verbena / lemon herb (false verbena / verbena), whole leaves
Pour a quarter liter of boiling water over two teaspoons of dried lemon verbena and leave to steep for five minutes - then strain. Verbena connoisseurs are also familiar with the herbal liqueur Verveine de Velay from the French Auvergne.
