QimiQ Whip is up to 50% fatier than traditional cream products. It turns cold and is ideal for Espuma use. QimiQ Whip can be frozen and thawed very well without quality loss. When preparing with fruits, for example in a mousse, avoid mixing or discolouring. QimiQ Whip is available in 4 varieties: coffee, vanilla, chocolate and nature. Quite simply - whipping up, preparing, cooling - done.
