Series 1905, Utility Knife with Kullenschliff, 15cm, DICK
The 1905 series impresses at first glance with its exclusive, classic design. The solid bolster, first crafted by Friedr. Dick in 1905, has been consistently refined and given a distinctive look ever since. The smooth steel rings, for example, are permanently bonded to the plastic rings using a unique process. This guarantees the highest level of hygiene as well as excellent quality and functionality. All knives in the series are optimally balanced and taper to a point. The blades are made of German stainless steel and have a slim, sharp edge. The dynamically sharp cutting edge has a hardness of 55 HRC, ensuring both edge retention and easy resharpening.
