CH - ORGANIC - 006 Warm notes of sour cherries, chocolate, and black tea. Ingredients: directly purchased cocoa beans, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter (certified organic), organic dark chocolate to protect mountain gorillas and nature in Virunga National Park, Eastern Congo (DRC). The beans come from the buffer zone of the park, home to the last remaining wild mountain gorillas. This rich, vibrant dark chocolate has a cocoa content of 70% and is conched for 20 hours. It has a delicate finish with a hint of black tea. The pure Original Beans chocolates are made from rare cocoa varieties. Through direct trade with farmers` cooperatives and joint nature conservation projects (each bar: one tree), Original Beans reforests the rainforest habitat of endangered flora and fauna, improves the income of thousands of cocoa farmers, and creates award-winning quality. The world`s best chefs and pastry chefs use Original Beans in their creations, enchanting their guests with sustainable enjoyment.
