The beans come from the park`s buffer zone, home to the last free-living mountain gorillas. This strong, lively dark chocolate has a cocoa content of 70% and is conched for 20 hours. It has a fine finish with a hint of black tea. The pure original beans chocolates are made from rare types of cocoa.
