From ancient vineyards with deep Italian roots comes this Condimento Aceto Balsamico from the heart of Emilia-Romagna. The grape juice and vinegar are carefully extracted by hand from the Trebbiano variety, typical of Modena. The combination of juice and vinegar creates an Aceto that matures for seven years in oak barrels. The result is a 100% natural product, surprisingly rich with intense Bordeaux notes and sweet and sour flavors on the palate. Ideal with Parmesan and other cheeses, meat, salads, and carpaccio.
