UE means grape in the Friulian dialect. The UE Special Edition - Riserva Anniversario is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Nonino`s proprietary grape branding technique. For over 5 years stored in barriques of Limousin, Nevers and ex-Sherry, this UE has a velvety amber color. In the nose, the distillate is very varied, soft and elegant. Fruit and floral notes of vanilla, almonds, dried fruit and grapes bring the typical grape varieties Ribolla, Moscato, Merlot and Malvasia. The taste is spicy, aromatic and long-lasting. Wonderful with chicken liver, dark chocolate and chocolate desserts. At room temperature, give the UE a few minutes in the glass so that it can unfold its perfect harmony.
