Caviaroli® oil caviar, small pearls made from hazelnut oil
With Caviaroli®, oil can be used in a new and unique way. The luminous beige-gold color, resembling genuine caviar, and the pure, unadulterated taste of the finest hazelnut oil create a visual highlight in any menu. The pearls allow for sparing and precise application, for example, as an elegant topping for soups, sauces, and salads. Tip: The caviar shells become even more delicate if you leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes with a little salt.
