ES-ECO-001-AN This Spanish olive oil (Andalusia) consists of 3 different types of olives: Arbequina, Picual and Hojiblanca. A delicate, perfect interplay of 3 flavor components. At first the oil seems very pure, very olive-like, then a slightly bitter note sets in. The finish is a gentle, peppery note. Acidity not more than 0.2%.
