Prepared Carnaroli rice mix with dried summer truffles, porcini mushrooms, and garden herbs, making it easy even for inexperienced risotto cooks to conjure up a particularly flavorful dish. Simply saute in olive oil until translucent, add stock, and simmer until the rice is al dente and the consistency is creamy. Grate some Parmesan or Pecorino cheese over the top, and that`s it.
