Prepared carnaroli rice mix with dried summer truffles, porcini mushrooms and garden herbs, which also makes it easy for inexperienced risotto cakes to conjure up a particularly tasty meal. Simply glassy in olive oil, pour with the stock and simmer until the rice is al dente and the consistency is creamy. Rub some Parmesan or Pecorino over it and basta.
