Cherry Fruit Liqueur, 17% vol., Gölles

Dark-fleshed cherries of optimal ripeness are steeped in fine cherry brandy from our own distillery to create this liqueur. After a suitable maturation period, the characteristic fruity aromas develop into an enchanting sweetness with a long, lingering finish. It is exceptionally valuable in bars for preparing elegant, fruity drinks, in desserts, and for creating powerfully fruity sauces, such as those that pair so well with dark meats and game.
