Heart cherries - brandy 43% vol., Gölles

Sweet, aromatic heart cherries with dark pulp are pitted before crushing the fruit. Only 10 to 15% of the stones are added back to the mash. The result is a distillate of classic character: with lots of fruit and little stone flavor, characterized by a delicately nuanced scent with a delicious hint of marzipan. A clear, fruity fire with a pleasant almond note.
