ES - ECO - 013 - IB Flor de Sal, the flower of salt, is the purest of all salts. Harvested using traditional methods, this salt is 100% natural and sold without any chemical additives. Katja Wohr and Robert Chaves produce this exceptional product. They have dedicated themselves to harvesting and distributing this premium salt from the nature reserve northeast of Playa Es Trenc in southeastern Mallorca. Michelin-starred chef Marc Fosh is responsible for the refined flavor of Flor de Sal.
