ES-ECO-013-IB Flor de Sal the flower of salt is the purest of all salts. The salt, obtained using traditional harvesting methods, is 100% natural and is sold without chemical additives. This excellent product is manufactured by Katja Wöhr and Robert Chaves. They have made it their task to harvest and sell the top salt in the nature reserve north-east of Playa Es Trenc in the south-east of Mallorca. Star chef Marc Fosh is responsible for refining the taste of the Flor de Sal.
