The taste of the balsamic vinegar Condimento is balanced and reminiscent of currant and prune. With less than 6% acid, it is not allowed to call it aceto balsamico, but it is considered a seasoning, which corresponds to the Italian Condimento. Due to the low acidity it is tangy fresh and yet not too sour or even dominant. Use in daily use for refreshing salads and also for grilled and steamed vegetable variations.
