Cookie Cutter Ravioli, wood / brass, round with serrated edge, 38 mm

A quality tool for the pasta bakery. The stamped cookie cutters are made with wooden handles and a brass cookie cutter. The inner part is sprung, so that the pasta dough is simultaneously pressed around the filling while the raviolis are being cut out.
