Grill BBQ - smoked pellets made of hickory wood

Hickory wood pellets impart the typical aroma of bacon, as known from the USA. Like a good seasoning in cooking, smoking pellets add savory smoky aromas to grilling. They are either added to the coal embers or, for gas and electric grills, moistened, wrapped in aluminum foil, and placed on the grill grate.
