SAGA cooking parchment is designed for more demanding cooking applications. Its grease resistance, release properties, and wet behavior are particularly good. It is silicone-coated on both sides, meaning it has a special non-stick coating, resulting in excellent non-stick properties. Thanks to its high heat resistance, it can be heated to a maximum of 220°C to 250°C. Vegetables, fish, or meat can be gently steamed or cooked in a water bath using SAGA parchment, preserving all vitamins, minerals, and flavors. It can be used to line casserole dishes, reducing washing up, and is also very suitable for freezing food. It can even be used for rolling sushi.
