QimiQ Classic Vanilla, for the sweet cuisine, 15% fat

QimiQ Classic Vanilla is an ideal creamy vanilla base for pastry and patisserie, for cold and hot meals. Made from fresh milk and vanilla concentrate, QimiQ Classic Vanilla has only 15% fat. It partially replaces gelatin, cream and egg. QimiQ is best processed at room temperature. Mix well before processing, then add the other ingredients according to the recipe.
