Wiberg Aspik Super, gelatin flavored, for 18 liters
Simply stir the seasoned gelatin into hot, but not boiling, water until completely dissolved. Season to taste with salt, vinegar, or other ingredients, if desired. Ideal for all types of aspic, glazing, pouring, and thickening mousses and salads. Dosage: 40-50g per 1 liter of water (10g = 1 level tablespoon = 4 sheets of gelatin). Total yield: 18 liters.
