
Wiberg Aspik Super, gelatin flavored, for 18 liters
Simply stir the seasoned gelatin into hot, but not boiling, water until it is completely dissolved. If necessary, season with salt, vinegar or other ingredients. Ideal for all types of brawn, for glazing, pouring and for binding mousses and salads. Dosage: 40-50g to 1 liter of water (10g = 1 measured tablespoon = 4 sheets of gelatine) Total yield: 18 liters.
