A basic mixture for the production of fresh biscuit masses, for easy handling. Brushable and therefore easy to work with, long shelf life, easy release of molds and sheets. Basic recipe for biscuit bottoms: Whisk 1kg of biscuit mix, 750g of whole egg and 50g of water together for 10 minutes and process further.
