Lemon Curd, Chivers
A sweet, English-style spread made with lemon juice, vegetable fat, and egg. A classic for breakfast and afternoon tea. The Chivers name has stood for authentic English marmalade and jelly since 1873. The family`s orchards near Cambridge, planted in 1805, were the starting point for their jam production. From 1885 onwards, Spanish oranges were imported from Seville during the off-season, and one of the most quintessential English products was created - orange marmalade.
