The ST-3/8 whetstone is suitable for fine honing (grit 3000) for extra-sharp edges and polishing (grit 8000) blades prepared with the ST240 and ST1000 models. Dimensions: 183mm x 63mm x 25mm. Sharpening recommendation: Soak the stone in water for at least 15 minutes and keep it wet throughout the sharpening process. The water, combined with the fine stone dust, acts like a honing paste, facilitating the sharpening process. Knives should be sharpened at an angle of approximately 15°. Sharpen only yourself, as everyone has their own preferred sharpening technique. Generally, apply light pressure with the forward stroke at a 15° angle and also maintain the angle.
