The avocado is the drupe of a native of tropical and subtropical America laurel tree. The pulp has a sweetish taste. These are unseasoned avocado pastes that can be used for sauces or for dips that you can refine to your own taste. Likewise, the paste can be used as a spread. But it should be sprayed with a few drops of lemon oil to avoid that the paste turns brown quickly. Also available in 500g.
