Boiron purées are different from others because they have an original and intense fruit flavor and an authentic color. The fruits are carefully selected from the best growing areas, from southern France to India. The purees are squeezed, sieved, briefly pasteurized and then snap-frozen. It is recommended to let the concentrate thaw slowly in the closed can in the refrigerator. Adding water gives you an excellent consistency for sherbet, plate decorations, and juices (4 liters of water for 1 kg of orange juice concentrate), depending on how much water you take.
