Orange juice concentrate, Boiron

Boiron purees stand out from others because of their original and intense fruit flavor and authentic color. The fruit is carefully selected from the finest growing regions, from southern France to India. The purees are pressed, strained, briefly pasteurized, and then flash-frozen. It is recommended to thaw the concentrate slowly in the refrigerator in its sealed container. By adding water, depending on the amount used, you can achieve an excellent consistency for sorbet, for plate decorations (plate mirrors), and for juices (4 liters of water for 1 kg of orange juice concentrate).
