Boiron Blood Orange Juice Concentrate

Boiron purees differ from others because they have an original and intense fruit flavor and authentic color. The purees are pressed, strained, briefly pasteurized, and then flash-frozen to preserve vitamins, flavor, and color. It is recommended to thaw the concentrate slowly in the refrigerator in its sealed container. By adding water, you can achieve an excellent consistency for sorbet, for garnishing dishes, and for juices. Use 4 liters of water for every 1 kg of blood orange concentrate.
