In the taste harmoniously balanced between spicy and bitter notes, intense in the smell of fresh green olives. For the emerald green oil, green Moraloio and Frantoio olives are harvested by hand in November. The olive grove is located near Florence in Reggello. In addition to using its own olives, the oil estate buys high quality from the neighboring olive growers. In doing so, Piero Gonnelli pays attention to the top quality of the hand-picked or machine-harvested olives, to short paths from the harvest to the oil mill and to careful processing in the olive mill.
