Gegenbauer Fruit Vinegar Quince, 5% acidity

Each wine vinegar retains its natural acidity and is not diluted with water-no additives or caramel coloring are used to enhance the color. Quince vinegar is made from apple and pear quinces. After proper aging, the fruit acids harmoniously combine with the acetic acid, resulting in a tart, variety-specific aroma.
