Gegenbauer Fruit Vinegar - Lemongrass, 5% acidity
Thanks to a specially developed production process, GEGENBAUER produces its unique lemongrass vinegar. The vinegar fermentation takes place under controlled conditions, with constant monitoring of temperature and oxygen supply to ensure optimal living conditions for the vinegar bacteria. This is one of the prerequisites for achieving high quality. After fermentation is complete, the young vinegar is stored for an extended period before being offered to consumers in its natural, unfiltered, and unpasteurized form. This lemongrass vinegar is so intense that it should be used sparingly when seasoning, unless a strong lemon aroma is desired.
