A blend of chilies, black and white sesame, orange peel, ginger, Japanese mountain pepper and green purple kelp. The spiciness of this pepper is determined by the spiciness of the chilies. It adds a fiery note to curry pastes, Thai soups and South American dishes such as chili con carne.
