Pappadums, natural, Ø 18cm
Pappadums are thin, chip-like crackers made from lentil flour and originate from India. They are prepared according to a traditional Indian recipe and sun-dried. Pappadums are delicious as a snack with chutney or pickles, or as a side dish to salads and main meals. They are deep-fried in hot oil for 2-3 seconds, during which time they immediately puff up. The pappadums should not brown and should be drained on paper towels after frying. This product is unseasoned.
