Sha shao pao is a pork dim sum. It`s prepared by steaming for 5 minutes. They aren`t boiled in water because they would absorb it and fall apart. The texture is similar to steamed dumplings, and if you enhance the pork filling with some fresh vegetables or a little mango chutney, you`ll get a fantastic result.
