
Tom yum paste, hot and sour for soups
Thailand`s most popular soup is very light with this spicy paste, combined with fresh lemongrass with fiery chilli pepper, to prepare. Simply add 2 tablespoons of paste in boiling water (0.5 L) and then add shrimp and mushrooms as you like. Delicious additions include fish, chicken, various vegetables and other meats.
