For the Cuvee Nue Grand Cru Blanc, 60 Pinot Noir, 5 Pinot Meunier and 35 Chardonnay grapes are fermented. The ultra brut champagne does not receive any dosage after disgorging. The cuvee is natural and unadulterated and promises subtle, fresh and clean Grand Cru champagne enjoyment. Cuvee Nue means naked Cuvee, the label is on the inside. The Sazy family has been cultivating the vineyards near Verzy for 12 generations, with unique Grand Cru sites in the Montagne de Reims.
