Van Nahmen Apple - Brut Cider (dry), 4% vol.

This apple cider - Brut - is gently pressed primarily from traditional fruit varieties. Since taste and aroma depend on the ripeness of the apples, only late-ripening fruit is used. This guarantees a fruity aroma and a refreshingly tart taste. Fruit processing has a long tradition at the van Nahmen cider mill and private press in Hamminkeln, in the Rhineland. Nothing is added to or removed from the juices: no preservatives, no flavorings. Particular emphasis is placed on using old fruit varieties and thus also on preserving traditional, endangered cultivars.
