Chroma`s Haiku Original knives are like Japanese haiku poems - exceptionally sharp. Crafted in small workshops from modern, high-quality steels and in the long Japanese tradition of sword making, the Original Haiku blades - with their Honoki wood handles - offer extreme and long-lasting sharpness. They are recognizable by the falcon on the blade. For years of cutting pleasure: resharpen only on whetstones, such as Chroma`s ST-1800 240/1000 grit. These knives are not dishwasher safe and should only be washed and dried by hand.
