This oil is cold pressed from olives and refined with natural aroma of citrus fruits. It tastes pleasantly fruity olive with a refreshing citrus note. The oil is ideally combinable with Wiberg Balsamic White Wine Vinegar, Pear Vinegar, Apple Vinegar, Raspberry Vinegar and Chianti Vinegar.
