A shining example of Rougie`s product. The foie gras forcemeat has a delicate flavor thanks to port wine and select spices. French winter truffles form the core of this specialty. The traditional trapezoidal shape, with its many pieces, gives the block an attractive appearance when sliced. To slice and serve, open both sides of the tin. When kept at 8-12°C, the foie gras block can be easily slid out and carved.
