Like wild Sevruga caviar, its strength lies not in its appearance, but rather in its robust and expressive flavor-almost like wild Sevruga caviar. Desietra caviar comes from Desietra GmbH`s Fulda aquaculture facility. This caviar quality comes from Sterlet sturgeon, which is farmed without the use of chemical or pharmaceutical additives or hormones. Caviar production takes place every two weeks, ensuring absolutely fresh caviar of consistently top quality year-round. Desietra caviar is salted using a gentle process (Malossol).
