Desietra Sterletkaja Caviar from Sterlet Sturgeon, Aquaculture Germany

The Sterletkaya completes the range of DESIETRA caviar varieties in the lower price segment. As with wild Sevruga caviar, its strength lies not in its appearance, but rather in its strong and expressive taste - almost like wild Sevruga caviar. Desietra caviar comes from the Desietra GmbH aquaculture facility in Fulda. This caviar quality comes from sterlet sturgeon, which is bred without the use of chemical or pharmaceutical additives or hormones. Caviar production takes place every 14 days and enables absolutely fresh caviar of consistently top quality all year round. Desietra caviar is salted using a gentle process (Malossol).
