Baharat, spice mix for steak and lamb, Old Spice Office, Ingo Holland
This blend is used in the countries of the Persian Gulf to season lamb. Baharat contains paprika, chili, and black pepper, as well as cumin, coriander, garlic, nigella (black cumin), and sweet aromatic spices (cloves, mace, and cardamom). It also goes very well with grilled meats such as steak or chops.
