Buckwheat porridge is mainly processed as soup or porridge in Russia and Poland. Buckwheat resembles the beechnuts, but is much smaller. The rich protein and starch content makes buckwheat, which is one of the bog oaks, a valuable crop. In combination with wheat or rye, it is used to make bread, pastries, porridge and porridge.
