Ingredients
Short-grain rice. Short-grain rice. Ingredients for 4 people: 400 g rice, 800 ml vegetable broth, 60 g grated Parmesan cheese, 30 g extra virgin olive oil, salt. Preparation: Put the rice in a saucepan with olive oil and let it simmer for 2 minutes on a low flame. Add hot vegetable stock all the time, mix gently, cover the cooking pot and cook on a low heat. After 10 minutes, add the meat or vegetable sauce and finish the cooking time. Then remove the pot from the heat, add the Parmesan cheese and butter or oil. Cover the pot with a linen cloth and leave for a few minutes before serving. Store cool and dry. Made in Italy.
