Ingredients
Curry Paste Massamum. 20% dried red chili, garlic, shallots, salt, lemongrass, cumin, coriander seeds, galangal. Preparation for 2-3 people: Mix 50 g curry paste with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil under gentle heat for 1.5 minutes. While stirring, add 150 g of your favorite chopped meat, 3 cups of coconut milk, 4 tablespoons of palm sugar, 4 tablespoons of fish sauce and 6 tablespoons of tamarind paste. In addition, chopped onions, diced potatoes and roasted peanuts. Let it simmer until everything has reduced.
